This role focuses on programming CNC mills and lathes using Mastercam to produce high-quality steel components. You will create and optimize CNC programs, select appropriate tooling and cutting parameters, and ensure efficient, accurate, and repeatable machining processes in a manufacturing environment.

Work EnvironmentThis position is based in a hands-on manufacturing facility with CNC mills and lathes operating on a day shift. The standard schedule runs Monday through Friday with a 6:00 a.m. start time, and Saturday overtime is available as needed. You will work in a production shop environment around steel components, including stainless and alloy steels, using Mastercam and related CAD/CAM tools at programming stations and on the shop floor. The role involves standing for extended periods, working near running machinery, and following standard shop safety practices, including appropriate protective attire as required for a CNC machining environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $55.00/hr.
