• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $20/hr
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM | $22/hr

What You'll Be Doing

As a Mechanical Assembler, you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality aerospace components by:

• Assembling precision aerospace parts, subassemblies, and finished products
• Using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to build and fit components
• Following blueprints, work instructions, and technical specifications
• Performing inspections and basic testing to ensure product quality
• Completing production and quality documentation accurately
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe workstations
• Collaborating with teammates and quality personnel to meet production goals
• Identifying and reporting defects or process improvement opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Previous mechanical or electrical assembly experience preferred
• Entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude encouraged to apply
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Basic computer skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
