Join a dynamic U.S.-based manufacturer specializing in architectural aluminum systems, including prefabricated balconies, railing systems, and custom aluminum solutions used in commercial and multifamily construction projects. We are seeking experienced Mechanical Assemblers who thrive in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves assembling aluminum components and systems used in large-scale construction projects, with a focus on prepping materials and production supplies for the morning shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble aluminum components and systems for construction projects.
• Prepare materials and production supplies for the morning shift.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for assembly tasks.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for assembly work.
• Ensure precision in measurements by using a tape measure.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of experience as a Mechanical Assembler.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Strong coachability, good attitude, and reliability.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with aluminum or metal assembly/fabrication.
• Ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments during assembly.
• Familiarity with quality inspection processes.
• Experience in construction-related manufacturing environments.

Work Environment

Work the 2nd shift from Monday to Friday, 2PM-10PM, in a loud work environment. Join a team of approximately 20 people. The dress code includes long pants, steel-toed boots/shoes, and a plain tee-shirt.

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
