Job Description
The Batch Operator blends powder products in the mixing department by following detailed batch instructions and precise measurements for each ingredient. This role involves operating mixing and related production equipment, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. The position requires frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 pounds while working with bleach-based outdoor cleaning agents in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Work Environment
The facility manufactures a bleach-based outdoor cleaning agent in a non-climate-controlled production environment. Employees may notice a slight odor in the facility due to the nature of the product. The workplace is described as extremely clean, with a strong emphasis on organization and safety. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and includes steel-toe footwear, eye protection, and hearing protection. The role is scheduled on second shift, working Monday through Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., with initial training on first shift for approximately two months from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.30 - $18.30/hr.
