We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale multi-family residential construction projects. This role requires a strategic leader who can oversee all phases of construction while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive project planning and scheduling from pre-construction through completion
- Manage and mentor project teams, fostering accountability and strong performance
- Oversee project budgets, including cost tracking and forecasting per project
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and enforce strict safety protocols on all job sites
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to drive project success
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing multi-family residential construction projects valued at $80M-$100M+
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop high-performing teams
- Expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- Deep understanding of construction quality and safety standards
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Must be willing to travel to job sites on the reservation
