A contract opportunity is available for a full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) near Anoka, MN, for the 2026-2027 school year. Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and guidance throughout the assignment.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license (PDF copy required upon application)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; open to strong CFs with supervision arrangements
• Previous school-based experience as an SLP is beneficial, but not required for Clinical Fellows
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy to K-12 students based on IEP goals
• Evaluate, screen, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and progress reports for caseload
• Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and ongoing professional development
• Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and parents to support student outcomes
