A contract opportunity is available for a full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) near Anoka, MN, for the 2026-2027 school year. Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and guidance throughout the assignment.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license (PDF copy required upon application)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; open to strong CFs with supervision arrangements
- Previous school-based experience as an SLP is beneficial, but not required for Clinical Fellows
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy to K-12 students based on IEP goals
- Evaluate, screen, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and progress reports for caseload
- Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and ongoing professional development
- Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and parents to support student outcomes

This position runs from approximately August 25, 2026, through June 10, 2027, with students starting September 8.
