Role Summary

• Hematology, oncology, and transplant pharmacotherapy
• Bone marrow transplant (autologous & allogeneic) care
• CAR T-cell and BiTE therapy management
• Clinical protocol development and order set management
• Therapeutic drug monitoring
• Patient counseling and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Participation in research, quality improvement, and hospital committees

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) – required
• Active Nevada Pharmacist License – required
• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) – required
• PGY2 in Oncology or BMT Pharmacy Residency
  OR
• 5+ years clinical oncology pharmacy experience
• Prior BMT/Oncology clinic experience strongly required

Experience working under collaborative practice agreements

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $64.16 – $83.41/hour (based on experience)
• Weekend Differential: +$1.50/hour
• Relocation: Case-by-case
