Key Responsibilities

• Manage pharmacotherapy for hematology, oncology, and BMT patients
• Support autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplant regimens
• Work with CAR T-cell and BiTE therapies
• Perform therapeutic drug monitoring and clinical interventions
• Develop and implement protocols, order sets, and guidelines
• Provide patient counseling and education
• Participate in research initiatives and quality improvement efforts
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and represent pharmacy in committees

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
• Active Nevada Pharmacist License required
• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) required
• PGY2 Oncology and/or BMT Pharmacy Residency OR
• • Minimum 5 years of clinical oncology experience
• Experience in a BMT/Oncology clinic with collaborative practice agreements preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $64 – $83/hour (based on experience)
• Weekend Differential: $1.50/hour
• Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis
