Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Process Technician and Tooling Technicians to monitor and operate equipment, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient production. The role involves performing start-up, shutdown, and cycling procedures for the entire thermoforming line, troubleshooting and correcting issues to minimize downtime and scrap, and maintaining quality standards through in-process checks and documentation.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled environment, though machines emit considerable heat. Safety gear including eye protection, ear protection, hair net, smock, and bump cap is required. The 2nd shift runs from 3PM-11:30PM and the 3rd shift runs from 11pm to 7:30am. Dress code permits jeans/shorts, t-shirts, and closed-toe shoes, with no jewelry allowed. No food, gum, or drinks other than water are permitted on the production floor

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
