This role focuses on diagnosing mechanical issues, performing corrective and preventive maintenance, and supporting continuous production by minimizing equipment downtime.

Work Environment
The role is based in an industrial building located in Pennsylvania, working on manufacturing and industrial paper machines in a production setting. The shift runs from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with weekends potentially required based on operational needs. The environment involves working around conveyor systems, gears, belts, pneumatic tools, hoists, cranes, and other industrial equipment. Work is hands-on, often on the production floor, with exposure to typical industrial conditions such as machinery noise and moving equipment. Appropriate safety gear and attire are expected in alignment with industrial safety standards.
