Machine Technician
Location: Carrollton, TX
Contract Details
- Temp-to-Hire Position
- Starting Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
- Training Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (schedule may be adjusted after training)
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced, hands-on Machine Technicians to support production operations in a manufacturing environment. This is a working technician role—not a supervisory position. The ideal candidate has experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Support production by minimizing equipment downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and complete repairs efficiently.
- Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
- Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams.
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience supporting production equipment and machinery.
- Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing or industrial production environments.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
- Experience reading technical drawings or equipment manuals.
Required Skills (Top 3)
- Electrical troubleshooting and repair
- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems maintenance
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
