Join a High-Acuity Nursing Team

We are currently seeking dedicated and clinically strong Registered Nurses to become part of a Critical Care Float Pool supporting multiple critical care units. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations while utilizing advanced clinical skills in a challenging and rewarding healthcare environment.

Position Information

Position: Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Employment Status: Full-Time, Permanent Position
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours)

Compensation Package

• Starting hourly rate from $33.15/hour (based on experience)
• $4.00/hour evening differential beginning at 7 PM
• Additional $0.25/hour differential beginning at 11 PM
• $6.00/hour Critical Care premium pay
• Relocation assistance up to $10,000 for eligible candidates

Position Responsibilities

As a Critical Care Float Pool RN, you will:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients across various units.
• Perform patient assessments and continuously monitor clinical status.
• Develop, implement, and adjust care plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely and effectively.
• Identify changes in patient conditions and respond appropriately.
• Coordinate care with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans and recovery expectations.
• Ensure timely and accurate charting in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Participate in departmental initiatives focused on patient safety, quality outcomes, and professional development.

Qualifications

Required

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
• Current Oklahoma RN License or Compact State RN License.
• Minimum one year of recent Critical Care nursing experience.
• Current or recent experience in:
• • Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and/or
  • Emergency Department (ED)
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.
