Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Position Type: Direct Hire

Schedule:
• Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
• 36 hours per week

Compensation:
• Starting at $33.15/hour (higher based on experience)
• $4.00/hour Night Shift Differential
• Additional $0.25/hour after 11:00 PM
• $6.00/hour Critical Care Differential
• $10,000 Relocation Assistance (2-year commitment)

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Critical Care Registered Nurses to join its Critical Care Float Pool. This role provides the opportunity to work across high-acuity units while delivering exceptional patient care in a dynamic hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Float between ICU, ER, and critical care units as needed.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly.

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma RN License or Compact RN License.
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU, ER, or Critical Care experience.
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
