What You'll Do
- Load sandpaper and abrasive materials into machines, making sure everything is lined up correctly
- Monitor production to ensure consistent quality
- Carefully align and join sandpaper ends to form looped belts (attention to detail is key)
- Stack and nest groups of paper according to specifications
- Cut sandpaper into smaller strips and belts using a foot‑pedal press
- Measure and verify cuts using a ruler (basic math skills required)
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety rules and production guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
- Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Manufacturing experience
Pay & Benefits
- $20.00 per hour
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Eligible for a full benefits package after a 90‑day evaluation period
