Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound shipping documentation
• Process driver check-ins and check-outs
• Coordinate paperwork flow between warehouse and office teams
• Ensure accuracy of bills of lading, receipts, and shipping documents
• Communicate professionally with drivers, warehouse personnel, and customer service teams
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with scheduling and operational coordination as needed

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, logistics, transportation, dispatch, shipping, receiving, or control room experience REQUIRED
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers and learning warehouse management systems
• Dependable, accountable, and professional
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
