Description
The Infrastructure Services Organizational Change Manager (OCM) partners with Infrastructure Services leadership, project managers, and stakeholders to drive successful adoption of technology and process changes across the organization. Using RISE Change Framework, this role develops and executes change strategies, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement plans that support infrastructure initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop comprehensive change strategies using RISE framework.
• Assess organizational readiness for change through surveys, stakeholder analysis, and impact assessments.
• Create and execute communication plans, including emails, digital signage, tool notifications, banners, SharePoint content, and leadership messaging.
• Write communications, job aids, and other end-user knowledge materials.
• Develop training and adoption plans to prepare colleagues for new technologies and processes.
• Build strong working relationships with project sponsors, IS leaders, BTS Marketing and Communications, and key stakeholders.
• Identify and manage resistance to change, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Partner with IS Technical Project Managers and project teams to build change strategy and integrate change management activities into project plans.
• Ensure persistent communications and change resources are maintained through knowledge repositories.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives within IT or Infrastructure Services environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and training development skills.
• High-level understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and cloud technologies.
• Proven ability to translate technical changes into clear, business-focused communications and adoption strategies.
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives in a global environment, including developing strategies that account for regional, cultural, language, and time zone differences.
• Knowledge of security and compliance best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow platforms and modules is preferred.

This is a Contract position based out of Waukegan, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
