• Perform daily cycle counts for finished goods, WIP, and components.
• Count material on the production floor based on critical parts reports.
• Prepare and record counts using the corporate cycle count database.
• Deliver count data to the Materials Department for matrix database entry.
• Identify critical materials through empty footprints and report discrepancies to Material Planners.

• Ability to walk the manufacturing floor multiple times daily and perform physical counts.
• Comfortable working in a fastpaced plant environment with required PPE.
• Strong communication skills for reporting inventory differences and collaborating with materials teams.
• Willingness to participate in monthly and quarterly physical inventories.
• Commitment to safe work practices and professional conduct.

• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, dock activities, FIFO, and warehouse processes.
• Familiarity with fork truck operations is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or WMS preferred.
