As a Warehouse Coordinator, you'll be working in a dynamic and supportive environment where your day will involve coordinating domestic and international freight shipments, managing inventory accuracy, receiving and storing products, and supporting warehouse and logistics operations. You'll be part of a team that values efficiency, safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Competitive Pay: Earn $23-$25 per hour.

Consistent Schedule: Work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

• Coordinate the shipment of domestic and international freight to and from company locations, suppliers, and third-party logistics partners.
• Manage the safe storage and organization of products within the warehouse.
• Prepare bills of lading (BOLs), packing slips, hazardous materials documentation, and other freight carrier paperwork.
• Execute cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Receive incoming goods and accurately enter inventory and shipment information into company databases.
• Calculate shipment weights and dimensions to estimate freight costs and determine transportation requirements.
• Provide backup support for logistics, international business, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

• High school diploma or GED required; 2-year or 4-year degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment.
• ERP system experience required.
• Microsoft Dynamics GP experience preferred.
• SAP S/4HANA Cloud experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse documentation.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and perform basic math calculations.
• Current valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Drug screen required.
• Background check required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
