Nock Fulfillments is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to help keep our fast-paced fulfillment operation running smoothly from start to finish.

You’ll be at the center of the action—organizing orders, coordinating priorities, monitoring workflow, and communicating with picking, packing, and shipping teams to make sure orders get out accurately and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Print, sort, and organize daily order batches for fulfillment
• Coordinate the flow and release of orders to picking, packing, and shipping teams
• Monitor order queues, deadlines, and priorities throughout the day
• Help keep workloads moving efficiently during busy periods
• Communicate delays, discrepancies, and order issues to the appropriate teams
• Troubleshoot missing, incorrect, or incomplete order information
• Maintain accurate order tracking and documentation
• Support shipping coordination and help ensure carrier deadlines are met
• Work closely with warehouse team members and leadership to keep everyone on the same page
• Maintain an organized and efficient workstation

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, coordination, or a related administrative role
• Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and order management systems
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt when things change
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Even Better If You Have

• Experience with ShipStation, a WMS, or similar order management systems
• Previous warehouse coordination, dispatch, or front-desk experience
• Familiarity with USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping processes
• Experience supporting a high-volume fulfillment operation

A Few Physical Requirements

This role combines computer-based coordination with time spent in the warehouse. You should be comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods, occasionally moving throughout the facility, and lifting up to 25 lbs. as needed.
