Senior Attorney/ Partner

Salary- $200,000 to $300,000

As our Labor & Employment practice continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Attorney or Partner to join our team and play a meaningful role in serving our clients, mentoring attorneys, and expanding one of the firm's key practice areas.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Maryland Bar membership
• Significant labor and employment law experience
• Strong litigation and counseling background
• Excellent writing, advocacy, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Interest in leadership and practice development

Portable business is welcome but not required.
