Your Role as the Staff Development Nurse (RN)

Americare Senior Living is seeking a knowledgeable and organized Staff Development Nurse (RN) to lead staff education, training, and infection control initiatives within our skilled nursing community.

In this role, you'll be responsible for scheduling, staff education, infection prevention, and the planning, organization, and delivery of all facility orientation and in-service education programs. Your work will ensure clinical competency, regulatory compliance, and a culture of continuous learning that supports quality resident care.

Summary

The Staff Development Nurse (RN) is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing staff education, orientation, and infection control programs in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

This role supports clinical excellence by ensuring staff are properly trained, competencies are validated, and education programs align with regulatory requirements and Americare standards.
