Job Description

·                     Serve as the primary Human Resources leader providing strategic HR support for a non-union, multi-site manufacturing operation

·                     Directly manage and develop a team of four HR Generalists

·                     Partner strategically with the Executive Team to align HR initiatives with business objectives

·                     Lead and drive employee development programs to foster talent growth across the organization

·                     Oversee full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract and retain top talent

·                     Spearhead succession planning initiatives to ensure leadership pipeline readiness

·                     Manage employee relations strategies to maintain a positive and productive workplace culture

Key Requirements

·                     7+ years of demonstrated HR leadership experience within a manufacturing environment is required

·                     BS/BA degree required
