Robert Half is partnering with a well-established organization in the Norman area to identify an experienced Human Resources Manager. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys balancing day-to-day HR operations with strategic partnership and employee engagement initiatives. The HR Manager will oversee daily human resources operations while partnering closely with organizational leadership to support employees, maintain compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations and performance management processes
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and talent acquisition efforts
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll-related activities
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and employment regulations
- Conduct workplace investigations and support corrective action processes
- Develop, maintain, and communicate HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Maintain HR records, reporting, and documentation
- Partner with managers on employee coaching and workforce planning
- Assist with benefits administration and retirement plans
- Create and maintain job descriptions and organizational documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience

- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- SHRM certification preferred but not required
