Strategic Sourcing Specialist The Strategic Sourcing Specialist will drive supplier relationships, negotiate agreements, identify cost-saving opportunities, and influence key business decisions.
Responsibilities • Develop and execute sourcing and category strategies
• Lead supplier negotiations, RFPs, and contract activities
• Build strong supplier partnerships focused on cost, quality, and service
• Identify new sourcing opportunities and market trends
• Drive cost savings and process improvement initiatives
• Analyze spend data and supplier performance to support business decisions
Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, category management, or purchasing
• Proven supplier negotiation and strategic sourcing experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Knowledge of supply chain, inventory, and distribution operations
Salary Range: $80,000-$95,000
