• Guide projects through all phases of design and construction

• Active Architectural License (Registered Architect)
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
• 10+ years of professional architectural experience
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and project documentation
• Proven experience leading projects through all phases of design and construction

• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
• Ability to balance creativity with technical precision
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams
• Expertise in construction administration and project delivery
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience with senior living, healthcare, education, or government projects
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Newforma
• A passion for mentoring and developing future design leaders
• A natural curiosity for innovation and continuous improvement
