Dispatcher
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and monitoring delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries and pick-ups. This role tracks driver activity in real time, manages route changes, resolves delivery issues, communicates ETAs to customers and internal teams, and helps optimize routes to improve productivity and reduce overtime.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of dispatching experience or 5+ years in a warehouse environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with delivery routing software preferred
- Construction or electrical supply industry experience is a plus
