Seeking an experienced Warehouse Dispatcher to support daily warehouse and delivery operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Dispatch and coordinate up to 16 delivery drivers daily
Pull and prepare orders for shipment and delivery
Ensure orders are loaded accurately and on time
Handle delivery paperwork and maintain accurate dispatch records
Track deliveries, returns, and resolve delivery issues promptly
Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and management
Requirements:
Previous warehouse dispatch or logistics experience preferred
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
