• Production Leadership – Oversee daily operations, maintain schedules, monitor workflow, and ensure ontime production
• Inventory Control – Track material usage, support counts/audits, reduce scrap, and coordinate with logistics
• Team Management – Lead employees, train new hires, support crosstraining, and address performance issues
• Safety Compliance – Enforce safety policies, PPE, LOTO, inspections, and housekeeping standards
• Quality & Improvement – Maintain quality standards, support problemsolving, and ensure accurate work orders
• Communication – Communicate with leadership and support a positive, professional work environment

• High school diploma or GED
• Manufacturing or production leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of scheduling, inventory, and safety procedures
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment

• Standing/walking for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, and pull materials
• Work in a manufacturing environment (noise, heat, dust, equipment)
• Ability to wear required PPE
