Kelly Services is seeking Set-Up Technicians to support a leading manufacturer in Mukwonago, WI. If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, working with your hands, and supporting production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this could be an excellent opportunity.
This is a full-time, temporary contract position expected to last up to six months, making it a great fit for candidates looking to gain valuable manufacturing experience or bridge between long-term opportunities.

Pay
$19.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Available Schedules
1st Shift
- Monday – Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift
- Monday – Friday
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift
- Sunday night – Friday morning
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
What You'll Do
As a Set-Up Technician, you'll help keep manufacturing operations running efficiently by setting up, maintaining, and supporting production equipment.
Responsibilities include:
- Set up, operate, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
- Perform equipment modifications and repairs under the guidance of leadership or experienced technicians.
- Monitor cosmetic quality standards and communicate expectations to production employees.
- Share product quality and production information with operators, inspectors, supervisors, and teammates.
- Complete production, maintenance, and quality control documentation.
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas.
- Assist with additional production and maintenance projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical experience preferred.
- Ability to safely use hand tools and follow detailed work instructions.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable with the flexibility to work assigned shifts, including afternoons or overnight schedules.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
