Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager for a contract opportunity in Center Valley, PA. This onsite role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys partnering closely with business leaders, marketing teams, and operational stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, improve reporting, and drive better financial decision-making.
The Finance Manager will serve as a key financial and operational contact for a business unit within a medical systems environment focused on capital equipment and devices. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, including the Business Unit VP, while contributing to budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, marketing analysis, contract review, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze monthly financial results and provide detailed commentary on P&L fluctuations, variances, and key business drivers.
- Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, management reports, ROI analysis, and financial models to support leadership decisions.
- Partner with Marketing to evaluate initiatives, assess program performance, model investment strategies, and confirm financial viability.
- Review and analyze customer contracts, business performance, and operational data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.
- Evaluate current business processes and recommend process redesigns to improve operational efficiency, reporting quality, and resource utilization.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative assessments, including variance analysis, statistical analysis, and financial performance reviews.
