Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking dependable and hardworking candidates for Landscape Crew Member openings in Oak Grove, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy outdoor work, physical activity, and contributing to high‑quality lawn and landscape maintenance.

Hourly Pay: $25 hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM + some weekends

Pay Frequency: Weekly

• Lawn Maintenance — Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing to maintain residential and commercial properties.

• Landscape Support — Assist with mulching, planting, weeding, and seasonal clean‑ups.

• Equipment Operation — Safely operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other lawn care equipment.

• Tree & Shrub Care — Support pruning, debris removal, and general tree/shrub maintenance.

• Customer Service — Represent the crew professionally while working on customer properties.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work in various weather conditions

• Clean driving record / valid Drivers License required

• Must have 1 to 2 years' experience required

• Comfortable working outdoors for full shifts

• Reliable transportation to Oak Grove job site

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
