Hiring: Lawn & Landscape Crew Member (Independent Contractor)

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking crew member to join our lawn and landscape team on a contract basis.

Job Duties

• Mowing, weed eating & edging
• Use of machinery and hand tools
• Pruning plants and shrubs
• Collecting and disposing of yard waste
• Planting and mulch installation
• Loading/unloading equipment
• Working outdoors in Texas heat

Requirements

• Valid driver's license required
• Experience driving trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
• At least 1 year of landscaping experience
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team player who takes ownership of the work
• Good time management
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Age 25+ preferred (insurance requirements for operating company vehicles/equipment)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
