Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Texas SLP license or eligibility to obtain it before the start date
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or CFY accepted, depending on district requirements
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and families

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to case conferences as required
• Provide training and strategies for educators and families to facilitate carryover of skills in the classroom and at home
