A well-established multi-state law firm is seeking a Foreclosure Attorney to join its Illinois office in downtown Chicago. Compensation
· Base salary: $85,000–$100,000, with flexibility up to $120,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities
· Communicate with court personnel, corporate clients, opposing counsel, and other parties
· Draft and review pleadings, notices, and motions
· Appear in court both in person and remotely via Zoom, as required
· Review title tract searches and help resolve title issues related to post-foreclosure conveyance
· Collaborate with staff, title companies, and opposing counsel to cure title matters
· Conduct legal research
· Contribute articles for publication, depending on experience level
Qualifications
· Must have an interest in foreclosure/default servicing law
· Licensed and admitted to practice in Illinois
· Strong communication, organizational, and document review skills
· Ability to manage hearings and work effectively under pressure
· Interest in learning and applying real property title law and related regulations
· Creative problem-solving skills related to title curative strategies
