What you’ll need to succeed:

• Valid and active Florida SLP Licensure, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based speech-language therapy preferred
• Familiarity with K-8 or high school caseloads, including working with students on the autism spectrum (ASD)
• Ability to quickly complete district credentialing and fingerprinting requirements
• Effective communication, collaboration, and time management skills
• Positive, adaptable, and student-centered approach

What you’ll do:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to assigned caseload (either K-8 or high school, depending on assignment)
• Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEP goals, and monitor student progress
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and caregivers
• Maintain thorough and organized documentation
• Participate in team meetings and share strategies to support student success
• Carry out services on-site in accordance with assignment requirements
