Work Environment
Operate in a 300,000 sq. ft. facility with advanced machinery for bar and wire processing. The clean, organized layout includes zones for drawing, annealing, cutting, and finishing, featuring high-tech equipment like 'The Gillette' back die shaver and 'The Diablo' batch furnace. The 2nd shift runs from 3 PM to 11 PM with a $0.50/hour shift differential, emphasizing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Freeport, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $22.50/hr.
