In this position, you’ll be entrusted with direct therapy services for approximately 20 students and will have the opportunity to provide supervision and mentorship to an SLPA. What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP licensure in Maryland
• Valid Maryland Teaching Certificate
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• School-based SLP experience preferred
• Experience supervising or mentoring SLPA(s) is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working onsite, virtually, or in a hybrid model

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide engaging and effective speech and language therapy to a student caseload in accordance with IEP goals
• Supervise an SLPA, assisting with clinical guidance and support
• Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Collaborate closely with teaching staff, families, and other professionals
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for students
