About the Position

As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will partner with another sales professional in a model home located within one of our 30+ premier communities throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. This role offers significant income potential for motivated sales professionals who thrive in a customer focused environment.

Schedule: Five days per week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, energetic, and positive attitude
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Previous commission-based sales experience; new home sales experience preferred
• Professional demeanor and presentation
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn company systems
• Reliable access to a smartphone with email capability
• Ability to attend Grand Homes New Home Sales Training classes

Compensation

• Base salary plus commission opportunity during the first three months
• Commission-based earnings after the initial three-month training period
