The Gents Place is The Home for Ambitious Gentlemen, a luxury barber and business club for successful professionals who value exceptional grooming experiences, community, confidence, and convenience. We are seeking an energetic, polished, and sales-driven Luxury Sales Concierge to become the face of our club and deliver an unmatched member and guest experience.

This is NOT a receptionist position. This is a professional sales and guest experience career.

We are looking for individuals with backgrounds in luxury retail, hospitality, membership sales, fitness clubs, medical aesthetics, automotive sales, wireless sales, or other guest-focused sales environments.

What You'll Do

As the first impression of The Gents Place, you'll create an exceptional experience from the moment each guest walks through our doors.

Your responsibilities include:

• Guide every eligible guest toward the membership that best fits his lifestyle while educating him on its benefits and value.
• Build lasting relationships with members and guests through exceptional hospitality.
• Consistently achieve and exceed membership and retail sales goals.
• Recommend premium grooming products and services based on each guest's needs.
• Deliver a luxury member and guest experience from arrival through checkout.
• Serve complimentary premium beverages from our top-shelf bar.
• Coordinate reservations and maximize booking opportunities.
• Maintain a polished, professional, and welcoming club environment.
• Participate in ongoing sales, leadership, and personal development training.

Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, membership sales, relationship-based sales, concierge services, fitness memberships, automotive sales, or wireless sales is highly preferred but not required.

Compensation

We reward performance.

Experienced Luxury Sales Concierges with a proven track record in sales and guest experience are eligible for competitive starting pay, plus uncapped monthly commissions and performance bonuses

Starting Pay: $16–$18 per hour (based on experience)

In addition to hourly pay, team members earn monthly commissions on membership and retail sales, with additional bonus opportunities for top performers.
