The Restaurant General Manager will oversee the daily operations of a chain or franchise location, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments within a mixed service model environment. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, this role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of customer service, food safety, and operational efficiency without the requirement for travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service
• Oversee inventory control and vendor relations to maintain supply levels
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and facility maintenance
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and sales analysis
• Train new employees and foster ongoing staff development
• Maintain efficient bar management and oversee related operations

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management
