What You’ll Do:

As a General Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing eam to grow sales, deliver exceptional guest moments, and ensure every detail meets our standards. You’ll be the driving force behind operations, team development, and community engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

- A friendly, enthusiastic leader with 3+ years of General Manager experience

- Strong back-of-house and P&L management skills (sales forecasting, staffing, etc.)

- A knack for creative local marketing (fundraisers, community events, etc.)

- Passion for developing people and building strong teams

- A commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience
