Location: San Diego, CA 92121

Shift: Monday – Friday, 2nd Shift

Pay Rate: $20.00–$22.00/hour DOE

Join a leading life sciences and diagnostics company as a Material Handler! In this role, you will support warehouse and manufacturing operations by receiving, storing, moving, and distributing materials while maintaining accurate inventory records in a cGMP-regulated environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience who thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Receive, store, issue, and distribute materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Process inventory transactions accurately using inventory management systems.
• Pick and stage materials for production work orders.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts.
• Ensure accurate labeling, counting, staging, and storage of materials.
• Operate material handling equipment including:
• Sit-down forklifts
• Stand-up forklifts
• Side-loader forklifts
• Pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Work safely in narrow aisles and cold storage environments.
• Follow all cGMP, SOP, and company safety guidelines.
• Assist with training team members as needed.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or material handling experience preferred.
• Forklift experience (sit-down, stand-up, or side-loader) is highly preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing, medical device, pharmaceutical, or cGMP environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to accurately complete inventory transactions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
