We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in Light Industrial or Hospitality staffing. If you excel at building client relationships from scratch, closing new accounts, and partnering with recruiting teams to deliver top talent, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive New Business: Prospect, cold-call, and network to generate new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Lead accounts from initial outreach and client presentations to contract negotiations and closing.
- Expand Client Accounts: Nurture existing client relationships to increase market share and overall account value.
- Partner with Recruitment: Collaborate closely with internal recruiting teams to ensure seamless talent delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Hit Target Goals: Consistently achieve weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue milestones.
- Market Presence: Represent the company at local industry events, networking groups, and face-to-face client meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Industry Experience: 3+ years of successful Business Development / Sales experience in the staffing industry (Light Industrial or Hospitality staffing experience is required).
- Network: An existing book of business and strong local market relationships are highly preferred.
- Track Record: Proven success in prospecting, closing new client accounts, and reaching revenue goals.
- Skills: Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Drive: Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable operating independently to drive results.

Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to work in a standard office environment, including prolonged periods of sitting and computer use, as well as regular travel to client locations for meetings and business development activities. The role also requires the ability to stand, walk, and occasionally carry a laptop or presentation materials weighing up to 20 lbs
