Now Hiring: Direct Care Staff – IDD Clients (Full Support & 24-Hour Monitoring)

We are seeking dependable and compassionate Direct Care Staff to provide full-time support for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) who require complete care and 24-hour supervision in a residential HCS group home.
Schedule Options:
Day, Evening, and Weekend Shifts Available
Immediate Need: Weekend 7 AM – 7 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Provide total assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and feeding
Monitor and support clients around the clock to ensure health and safety
Administer medications and document care in Therap system
Assist with mobility, toileting, and transfers for non-ambulatory clients
Support behavioral needs with patience and professionalism
Maintain a clean and safe home environment
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience working with individuals with IDD or complex care needs preferred
Valid driver’s license and clear background check
CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain upon hire)
Dependability, compassion, and strong observation/documentation skills
