Mainstream Habilitation is hiring Direct Care Staff for our group homes that provide services for individuals with intellectual disabilities. CNA is a plus but not required. All training will be provided on site. Direct care staff will provide residents assistance as needed for daily living activities, such as bathing, cooking, laundry, cleaning and medication administration. Full and part-time positions are available Shifts are Monday through Thursday 3:00pm-8:00am. Friday 3:00pm-8:00am Saturday through Monday morning 8:00am-8:00am. All sleep time is paid. Work as little as one shift a week or as many as 4 shifts a week. Regular payday bonuses and quarterly incentive bonuses can also be earned as extra pay.
