The Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse while ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for delivery. This position requires a dependable individual who can work safely, follow instructions from supervisors, and contribute to daily warehouse operations. The work days are Monday - Friday 6am-3pm

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive incoming deliveries and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Inspect incoming products for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
• Organize, stock, rotate, and label inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
• Assist delivery drivers with loading routes and ensuring orders are secure for transport.
• Perform routine inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Keep the warehouse, storage areas, loading docks, and workstations clean and organized.
• Dispose of trash, pallets, and packing materials properly to maintain a safe work environment.
• Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely (forklift experience is a plus, if applicable).
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Complete assigned tasks promptly and follow directions from supervisors and management.
• Report damaged products, equipment malfunctions, inventory shortages, or safety concerns immediately.
• Assist with other warehouse or operational duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Push and pull loaded carts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Work in refrigerated, freezer, and warehouse environments as needed.
• Ability to work overtime when business needs require.
