Landscaping General Laborer

What You'll Do

• Mow, edge, and trim lawns to a professional standard
• Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees; lay mulch and sod
• Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, blowers, and trimmers
• Load and unload materials and equipment safely
• Maintain job sites clean and organized throughout the day
• Follow crew leader instructions and complete tasks efficiently
• Assist with irrigation, grading, and other landscape projects as needed

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of landscaping or outdoor labor experience
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
