Majic Products Inc. is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented bilingual (English/Spanish) Office Assistant to support daily office operations, administrative tasks, shipping coordination, and inventory control. We are looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and assist visitors, clients, and vendors
• Perform general office and administrative tasks
• Manage filing, mail, and office supplies
• Prepare shipping paperwork, labels, and documentation
• Assist with inventory counts and product organization
• Help verify outgoing orders with warehouse staff
• Provide occasional support in the warehouse as needed
• Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Good communication and computer skills
• Able to multitask and work well with others
• Prior office or warehouse experience is a plus
