Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal to support attorneys with estate planning, probate, and estate administration matters.

Prepare and revise wills, trusts, powers of attorney, affidavits, pleadings, notices, and other legal documents.

Assist with probate filings, estate administration, inventories, accountings, and estate closing procedures.

Conduct legal and factual research relating to Texas probate, trusts, and estate planning matters.

Organize and maintain accurate, confidential client and case files, both electronic and physical.

Track court deadlines, hearings, filings, and other critical dates to ensure timely completion of matters.

Communicate professionally with clients, courts, beneficiaries, executors, trustees, and third parties.

Assist attorneys with hearings, trial preparation, document review, and other case-related activities as needed.

Qualifications: 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in estate planning/probate, with strong drafting, research, organizational, and communication skills.
