Overview:We are seeking an experienced
Trust & Estates Paralegal to support a busy practice focused on estate planning and administration.
Responsibilities:- Draft estate planning documents (wills, trusts, POAs)
- Assist with estate and trust administration
- Communicate with clients and beneficiaries
- Maintain case files and documentation
- Track deadlines and filings
Qualifications:- 3+ years of Trust & Estates experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of probate and estate planning
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Strong client communication skills
Compensation:$55,000 - $70,000
